Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order for eligible items.
Open-Box Items
Some products may be sold as open-box items. Open-box products are items that may have damaged packaging, were previously opened, or were handled for inspection but remain in good working condition.
Due to the nature of these products, open-box items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition it was received
- All original parts and accessories must be included
- The item must not show signs of excessive use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for returns:
- Final sale items
- Products that show signs of significant use or damage after delivery
- Perishable goods or personal-use items where applicable
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@goodapet.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
