Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Where do your products come from?

At Goodapet, we source products from trusted U.S. retailers, manufacturers, and authorized distributors.

Some items may come from overstock inventory, open-box items, or customer returns that have been carefully inspected, cleaned, and verified before being offered for sale.

What does "open-box" mean?

An open-box item means the packaging may have been previously opened or the product may have been handled.

All open-box products are inspected to ensure they are fully functional and safe to use.

These items are often offered at a discounted price compared to new retail items.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source our products from trusted retailers, authorized distributors, and reputable suppliers in the United States.

All products are inspected when necessary to ensure they meet our quality standards before being offered to customers.

Why are some products priced lower than retail?

Some items available on Goodapet may come from:

  • Overstock inventory
  • Open-box products
  • Retail returns
  • Clearance inventory

Because of this sourcing model, we are often able to offer products at prices lower than traditional retail stores.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States.

International shipping may become available in the future.

What is your return policy?

We want you (and your furry friend) to love your purchase!

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging should be included when possible

Open-box items:
Open-box products may have been previously opened or handled. These items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery and must be returned in the same condition as received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help modify or cancel it.
